Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Secretary, located in Richmond, Hill. Daily responsibilities include performing clerical and administrative tasks, managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves effective communication with team members and clients to support the operational efficiency of the office.
Qualifications
•Proficiency in Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance
•Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
•Experience in Scheduling and managing appointments effectively
•Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
•Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
•Ability to work independently in an on-site, dynamic team environment
•Prior experience in an administrative or secretarial role preferred
