We had a furnace emergency late at night and honestly didn’t expect anyone to come out, but Econoair showed up around 11:30 PM and got our furnace working again. From start to finish they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and calm, even that late at night.

You can immediately tell they are very experienced—they diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and had the heat back on without trying to upsell or rush the job. The technician was respectful, clean, and took the time to make sure everything was running properly before leaving.

Our furnace was extremely rusted out and, to make things worse, the heat exchanger was cracked. We had no idea how dangerous the situation was until Dani from Econoair came out and explained that we were at serious risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. He took the time to clearly show us the issue and walk us through all of our options without any pressure. In the end, it made the most sense to replace the furnace.

What really impressed us was that Econoair had a brand-new furnace installed the very same day. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. From start to finish, everything was upfront with no hidden fees or anything shady. This was hands down the best service we’ve ever experienced from any service provider.
