Our founder, Bruce Poure, is involved in all aspects of the company, particularly when it comes to recruitment and training. Bruce has a mechanical engineering degree from Oregon State University and he has worked in the HVAC and refrigeration industry since 1975. He has very strong theoretical and hands-on knowledge of air conditioning, heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and indoor air quality and passes on his skills and knowledge to our employees.

Bruce has a Gas Technician II and Residential Air Conditioning System Mechanic License from Technical Standards & Safety Authority (TSSA) and Ontario’s Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities. He also holds several training certificates from Trane, Carrier, Bryant, York, Mitsubishi, Rinnai, Navien, Rheem, ICP, Triangle Tube, Weil McLain, Goodman, EverRest, and several others. Lastly, he has North American Technician Excellence (NATE) Certification in Air Conditioning Service as well.
